As usual the Register had great coverage. In October they dubbed the upcoming Apple tablet PC as the “iPad” which makes one wonder if someone violated a non-disclosure. They have a good article with some analysis and opinion [The Register Post]

Interestingly enough a lot of the buzz on the internet isn’t about the device itself but instead people are focusing on the name of the device and making female hygiene product references. Iphone Savior has an entertaining read and some funny spoof videos.  [Iphone Savior Post]

Not everyone has loved the release of the iPad. There are plenty of people who are pointing out its dowfalls (such as 3G not being standard, no dedicated GPS, iPhoneOS’s lack of multitasking, no camera, no USB and of course the “lame” name). Techiegadgets.com has an entertaining read which points out a lot of these downsides. [Techiegadgets.com Post]
